Order & payment questions

Include your order number in the subject line. Most order, payment and dispatch questions are answered the same working day.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your Royal Mail / DPD tracking has not moved for 3 working days, email us and we will open a carrier query. If the parcel is confirmed lost, we re-ship at our own cost.

Quality concerns

If anything you receive does not match the photos on the product page, email within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the blister and we will re-ship at no charge.

Why no phone line?

For your discretion we do not run a public phone line. Email is faster, leaves a record you can refer back to, and keeps your order details out of any call log.
