How do I place an order?
Add the tablets to your cart, click checkout, fill in your UK delivery details, and pick a payment method (Bitcoin with a 15% discount, or UK Bank Transfer / Faster Payments). Payment instructions are emailed within minutes.
Is there a minimum order?
No — order any quantity. Free Regular UK shipping kicks in automatically on orders over £200.
Do I need an account to buy?
No. Guest checkout is enabled. We only collect the details needed to ship the order and email you payment instructions.
Can I order by phone?
No — for discretion we do not run a public phone line. All support is by email at sales@buydiazepamonlines.uk and we reply within a few hours, Mon–Sat.
Do you offer discounts?
Bitcoin payments get an automatic 15% discount at checkout. There are no other promo codes — the Bitcoin discount is the biggest we can extend.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Yes — as long as the order has not been dispatched, email us within 24 hours and we will modify or refund it at no charge.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
Bitcoin (with a 15% discount applied automatically) and UK Bank Transfer via Faster Payments. We do not accept card payments, PayPal, or Stripe for this product category.
Why is Bitcoin 15% off?
Bitcoin saves us payment-processing fees and chargeback risk, so we pass the savings directly to you. The discount is applied at checkout when you select Bitcoin.
How do I pay with Bitcoin?
After you place the order we email a fresh BTC address and the exact GBP-equivalent total within minutes. Send from any wallet or exchange and reply with the TXID — your order ships as soon as the network confirms.
How does UK Bank Transfer work?
After you place the order we email UK Faster Payments details (sort code, account number, and a unique reference). Most payments land within 30 minutes; we dispatch the same working day.
When does my order ship after payment?
Bitcoin: usually within a few hours of network confirmation. Bank Transfer: same working day if payment lands before 2pm UK time, otherwise the next working day.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does UK shipping take?
Regular: 2–3 working days from dispatch. Overnight: next working day if you order before 2pm UK time. Both are tracked via Royal Mail or DPD.
Is shipping free?
Yes — Regular UK shipping is free automatically on any order over £200. Overnight is £30 regardless of order size.
Do you ship internationally?
No — UK addresses only. This keeps customs out of the picture and your order discreet.
How is the order packaged?
Sealed manufacturer blister inside a plain padded envelope with no pharmacy or product wording on the outside. No return-address branding either.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes — tracking is emailed as soon as the parcel is dispatched.
What if my parcel goes missing?
If Royal Mail / DPD tracking confirms non-delivery, we re-ship at our own cost. Contact us within 14 days of the dispatch date.
Do you require a signature?
No — for discretion, no signature is required. Parcels fit through a standard UK letterbox or are left in a safe place by the postie.
Product & Brands
Which brands do you stock?
Actavis (UK reference brand) in 5mg and 10mg; Bensedin (EU-licensed) in 10mg; and licensed generic diazepam in 2mg, 5mg and 10mg.
Is everything genuine?
Yes — every blister we ship is genuine, sealed, in date, with the batch number printed on the foil. We do not handle counterfeit or pressed product.
Which strength should I buy?
2mg for tapering or first-time use; 5mg as the standard adult dose; 10mg for stronger anxiety, muscle spasm or alcohol withdrawal. Our strength guide walks through this in detail.
Actavis vs Bensedin — what is the difference?
Same active, same strength, both licensed. Actavis is the long-standing UK reference brand; Bensedin is the EU-licensed brand with a distinctive foil pack. See our brand comparison.
Are the tablets in date?
Yes. Every blister we ship has a minimum 12 months' shelf life remaining, and the expiry date is printed on the foil for you to verify.
Refunds, Re-ships & Quality
What is your quality guarantee?
Every blister is genuine, sealed and in date. If anything you receive does not match the photos on the product page, email within 48 hours of delivery and we will re-ship at no charge.
Can I return the tablets if I change my mind?
For health and safety reasons we cannot resell prescription medication once a parcel has left our fulfilment point. Orders cannot be returned for refund once dispatched.
What if the parcel arrives damaged?
Photograph the parcel before opening and email us within 48 hours. We re-ship damaged orders at no charge.
What if my parcel never arrives?
If Royal Mail / DPD tracking confirms non-delivery, we re-ship at our own cost. Re-ship requests are processed within 24 hours.
Safety & Legal
Is buying diazepam online legal in the UK?
Diazepam is a Class C controlled drug and Schedule 4 Part I. Possession without prescription is technically an offence but prosecutions of personal users are rare — enforcement targets supply. Read our legal guide for detail.
Do I need a prescription?
You do not need one to order from this site. You are responsible for using the medication sensibly and at your own risk.
What is the safe dose?
In UK practice, 2mg–10mg up to three times a day, for short courses. Always start at the lowest strength, never mix with alcohol or opioids, and read our side-effects guide.
Can I take diazepam with alcohol?
No — mixing diazepam with alcohol is the most common cause of benzodiazepine-related deaths. Always avoid alcohol while diazepam is in your system. See our alcohol guide.
How do I stop taking diazepam safely?
