Returns & Refunds — Diazepam Orders
Because we ship prescription medication, opened or delivered orders cannot be returned for resale — this is standard UK pharmacy practice and protects every customer in the chain. Below is how we handle every other scenario.
Order cancellations (before dispatch)
If your order has not yet been dispatched, email sales@buydiazepamonlines.uk with your order number and we will cancel and refund in full to the original payment method within 24 hours.
Lost-in-post parcels
All UK orders ship fully tracked (Royal Mail or DPD). If tracking confirms non-delivery after 10 working days for Regular service, or 2 working days for Overnight, we will reship at our own cost on the next dispatch window. No customer should ever be out of pocket for a Royal Mail / DPD failure.
Wrong item, damaged blister or incorrect strength
Email a photo of the blister within 48 hours of delivery to sales@buydiazepamonlines.uk. We will reship the correct item at no charge and you do not need to return the wrong one — it cannot be re-dispensed once it has left our fulfilment point.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days of approval. Bitcoin refunds are returned to the original sending address at the spot GBP→BTC rate on the day of refund.
What we cannot accept
- Opened or partially-used blister packs.
- Change-of-mind returns after the parcel has left our fulfilment point.
- Refusal-of-delivery returns where Royal Mail / DPD shows the parcel was attempted at the correct address.
